The Paikh family, debating on having seat belts on public school buses.this all happen in Hartford on Feb.17.10.The purpose of this family debating on having seat belts on school buses is because a tragic accident happen that took the life on a love one of this family .
Vikas Parikh,son of Dolly and Pratik Parikh, died from the accident that happen on highway I-84. in which the school bus had hit another car, which lead to the bus running off the highway.
where Vikas was being thrown all over the bus,mainly because there was no seat belts on the school bus for them to buckle up with.
The Parikh's are trying to stop another family from having to face the fact that if another accident like this happen again. Their son or daughter won't be coming home to them.
"we fully believe our son would have been with us today had been seat belts." stated Parikh Parikh. He strongly believe that if there was seat belts on school buses, his son would have been here today and not thrown all over a school bus,which took his life away.
